Making an Appointment

If you would like to make an assessment appointment with me I will be pleased to arrange this for you. An assessment session lasts 50 minutes (sometimes an hour for couples) and enables us to explore your situation and think together about whether further therapy with me could be helpful for you. Before your first session, I will ask for your address in order to send you a Personal Information sheet to complete and bring with you to your assessment session.

To make an appointment for face-to-face therapy please telephone me on 01527 63034. You will usually hear my answerphone; please leave a message and number so that I can get back to you. I will normally reply within 24 hours (apart from at weekends when I will get back to you on the next working day). If you prefer me to return your call at certain times please include this information in your answerphone message. Alternatively you can click here to email me and I will reply as soon as possible - again, usually within 24 hours.

Please note that I am will respond to enquiries for therapy after September 9th.
